Tomorrow is BikeMS, so I had to get my bike and jersey ready for the ride. This is the first year I've gotten to wear a yellow number, which is reserved for one of the top 100 fundraisers from the year before.

I've been loving cooking The Pioneer Woman's recipes lately, and this one was one of my favorites. It smelled SO GOOD while it was cooking, and I'll definitely be making it again.

Tonight was the Awana awards ceremony and the end of our Awana year. It was good to see the girls get their awards after all their hard work this year.

April 26

Today I stayed home from work and Jack and I went to the doctor since we were both sick. After that, we went to Jason's Deli to pick up soup and Wendy's to pick up a Frosty. On the way home, I tried to take my antibiotic pill with the little bit of my melted Frosty, overturned it, and dumped the whole thing between my seat and the console. Instead of getting mad, Jack made fun of me and helped me clean it up. It's good to be married to him.

Having a super-sore throat this weekend has made Frosties and soup pretty much the only thing I can eat this weekend.

April 24

This morning, I was supposed to go to Angela's baby shower. Instead, I woke up with a fever, body aches, and a sore throat. It was definitely not as fun as the baby shower would have been. This is the soup Jack made me today.

Today I had to deliver the diaper cake and flowers that I designed to the hosts of Angela's baby shower, and I think it all came together very well. I'm so excited for the baby shower tomorrow!
