I was in the middle of making this Hamburger Helper for dinner, when I noticed this date. 13May03. Um, is that May 13, 2003? Because that's six years ago.Evidently, it wasn't dangerous, because we're still alive.

I love Jessica Turner's new years resolution to complete Project 365: Take a photo every day. This is where I'll post the photos until I either a) buy the super-cool kit Jessica is talking about or b) decide to scrapbook them in some other way. Either way, I should have a photo to post and a story to tell every day.

It was already cooking, and you know, I'd have to get out new food. It was fine. We didn't die.
it says "better" if used by, not death to you if not used by. I don't think hamburger helper could go bad, it's already so far from good, no offense.
I agree! What exactly could go bad? The spices could be bland, but that's about it. Turns out I have two more boxes that expired in 2003 in my pantry right now. Contemplating whether to use them or not.
