Today, after work, I went out to get the mail with Maggie and she ran off toward my parents' house, as she normally does, because she always thinks we're going to visit them when we go outside (I'm not really sure she knows where she lives). I yelled at her to come back, and then I noticed that my mom and her dog were outside too, so I went to visit with her for a while while she raked leaves. It was a completely perfect day - 77 degrees and beautiful! Plus, it was the beginning of my holiday weekend, which was an added bonus!!
