Tonight, Jack informed me that we would be attending a couples shower for our good friends from the taekwondo school, who will be getting married soon. As tired as I was (thought it was low-key date night with hubs!), and as much as I didn't really want to go out at first, it ended up being kind of nice to visit with this great group of people.

In other news, Jack's parents secretly arrived in town this afternoon, and they're hiding out at my parents house until Jack's surprise birthday party tomorrow night! I snuck over there for just a little while Jack was still at work and I'm excited to see his reaction tomorrow!
