This morning I put a pork loin in the oven on low and cooked it for 10 hours, producing some of the best shredded pork we had ever had at the end of the day. Jack was really excited about this meal.

I love Jessica Turner's new years resolution to complete Project 365: Take a photo every day. This is where I'll post the photos until I either a) buy the super-cool kit Jessica is talking about or b) decide to scrapbook them in some other way. Either way, I should have a photo to post and a story to tell every day.
